We have a strict 5 day policy from the date goods are recieved

We are not responsible for any shipping cost whatsoever

We do not allow returns on items broken or damaged by the individual buyer from wear and tear

Items returned and fund reimbursed will be in the form of store credit

No exchanges on items that are on sale or discounted

If you have items that you want fixed or re-plated please contact us at amuletsjewelry@gmail.com and we will be more than happy to coordinate these services for you at a cost.

Shipping fees incurred for service will be included in total cost.
